Nothing about your studio should be a surprise.
Revenue, churn, wage cost, the coach who needs backup, the member who has quietly stopped coming. All of it counted overnight and waiting on one screen when you open the laptop. You stop hunting for the number, and you stop finding out too late.
Built and run inside two live Australian studios. Sits on top of Mindbody, Hapana, Momence or whatever you already run — it does not replace it.
You did not open a studio to build spreadsheets.
Export the sales report. Export the attendance report. Paste both into the tracker. Ask the manager why the two disagree. It is Sunday night and you have not coached anybody.
Two reports, two different member counts.
You hear about the leaver from the billing report.
At one studio we run, 55% of the members who left were gone inside four sessions. Nobody knew. Nothing was watching the first month.
Time is the thing you are actually buying.
The work still happens. It just happens at 3am, without you.
Diagram, not a screenshot. Positions are the real cron times from the deployed schedule, converted to Adelaide.
Network, studio, member — the same numbers, at the level you run at.
A franchisor and a coach need completely different screens and exactly the same definitions underneath. Comparability is not a reporting feature. It is a consequence of every site counting the same way, and it is the part nobody else gets right.
The whole network, ranked worst first.
Revenue, ARM, churn and one health score per studio — every site on identical definitions, so the league table means something on day one.
Your location, all the way down.
The same numbers for your site, plus the things only you can act on. Drill from a network row into a studio into a single member.
The floor, where retention actually happens.
A daily list of who needs a conversation, and a training app members open because it is useful to them. Members see your studio's brand. Never ours.
The same four definitions apply at all three levels. That is what makes the level above comparable.
The jobs that were living in six tools and a spreadsheet.
None of this is a roadmap. It is what runs today in two studios that pay real wages and bank real revenue.
Twenty-six of them, live. Every optional feature ships off — a new brand never inherits another brand's promotions or copy. We will not walk you through all of it here.
One list. Worst first. A reason you can read.
Every client at the studio is scored overnight — not only the ones on the app — and lands in one queue, sorted by who needs a coach most. Not a dashboard to interpret. A list to work through before the 10am class.
Diagram, not a screenshot. One cell per client; the proportions are illustrative, the behaviour is not.
The row reads like a person wrote it.
“Trained three times a week for a year. Hasn't been in for 11 days and has nothing booked.” No signal names, no weightings, nothing to decode.
We draft the text. A human sends it.
The drafted message opens in the coach's own Messages app. Fullroom has no send button, and nothing reaches a member automatically.
The training data is yours.
A booking system knows who booked and who paid. That is the past. Members train in an app carrying your studio's brand, so the platform sees the month before somebody leaves — which is the only month you could have done anything about.
Diagram, not a screenshot. It shows the shape of the two signals, not one member's actual numbers.
Booking data lags. Training data leads.
A missed booking tells you about last Tuesday. Six weeks of lighter loads, worse sleep and a dropped third session tells you about next month.
This is the part that cannot be bolted on.
A tool sitting on your booking system can only read what the booking system knows. It will never have this, however good it gets.
We corrected our own churn figure downward.
Our first churn number counted a member going on hold as a member lost. It read 9.9%. It was wrong. We changed it in the product rather than keeping the number that flattered us.
Four definitions, written down, identical everywhere they appear. Ask us to defend them on the call — every owner who has, has found at least one number they were reading wrong.
It sits on top of Mindbody. It does not replace it.
Mindbody, Hapana, Momence — whichever you run, your members keep booking and paying exactly where they do now. We never touch card data, we do not do billing, and we are not a point of sale — and we would rather say so here than have you find out on the call.
Running in real studios, on real members.
Not a pilot and not a prototype. Two Australian studios run their week on this, and the person who built it signs their invoices.
Get your Sunday back.
Twenty minutes, on your numbers. Bring the report you hate building most and we will show you where it already is.
