Pricing

Per studio. Quoted on the call.

There is no number on this page, and it would be evasive to leave it there without saying why — so here is the whole position, including what we replace and what we never charge you for.

Why no number yet

We are early, and we would rather say so.

Fullroom runs in two studios today. Pricing at this stage is set with the owner in the room, against what the studio actually gets back, and it is going to change as the product does. Publishing a figure now would either be a number we walk away from or one we quietly raise, and both are worse than this paragraph.

If you would rather not have that conversation, that is completely fair — come back when there is a price list.

What it covers

One price per studio. Everyone in it.

Included

Every seat at the studio.

Owner, studio manager, head coach, every coach, and every member on the app. No per-seat charge, no per-member charge, no charge for adding a coach in February.

Adding staff should never be a billing decision.

Included

Onboarding, backfill and the connection.

Connecting your booking system, loading your visit history and getting your programming into the app is part of the price, not an implementation fee.

Done with you, not handed over as a task list.

Not charged

Messages your coaches send.

Outreach is sent by a person from their own phone. There is no message credit, no SMS bundle and nothing that gets more expensive the more retention work you do.

A retention tool that meters outreach has the wrong incentive.

Not sold

Payments, billing and point of sale.

You keep paying Mindbody, Hapana or Momence, and we are not trying to take that line off your bill. We are an addition to your stack, and you should price us as one.

Say it before the objection, not after.

What it replaces

So it is not just another line item.

Most studios we talk to are already paying for some of this, or paying for it in somebody's Sunday night.
